Here is the story.

Forum was hosted on server A. SSL worked perfectly fine. Then it moved to server B where there was no SSL. So we changed forum URL from Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details to http. We copied vB files + sql database. One month later, we moved the forum back to server A. Only restored the sql database as the vB files existed already on server A. By that time SSL had expired so we bought a new one and asked the host to set it up. They did. And we changed the forum URL to https as SSL was installed. But the forum is still loading resources from http. How to fix this?
