vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Moved server. vB being redirected to install page on new server.

Moved server.
Uploaded all the vB files (that were downloaded from old server).
DB restored.
Now when you go to the URL, it gets redirected to the install page as if you are doing a fresh install and since the install file doesn't exist anymore, its giving error.

Why does vB think I am doing a fresh install when I have simply downloaded files from one server and uploaded onto another and restored the db?
