As mentioned in your other thread...where exactly is your host downloading vBulletin from?

It MUST be downloaded from your OWN members area. If you have a suite license, then you won't get the option for a forum-only copy of the software.

If your host has downloaded vBulletin from ANY other place other than YOUR members area, then it's an illegal copy of the software and you risk a takedown notice going to the hosts.
