- If the forum in question is not accessible to those usergroups then the activity shown should not be view-able to said usergroups.
- If however you were simply visiting your profile page while logged-in as yourself then of course you would see the links as you're an administrator of the site i.e. has access to all forums.

^ For the vB3 related edits, the templates should be named the same in vB4 only a few differed for respective reasons etc and in the <if condition="$whatever"> and </if> codes you would simply change them to vB4 syntax which is <vb:if condition="$whatever"> and </vb:if> to make them work properly in vB4 templates.

Yes I tried another browser but all same.

I just installed vbulletin default settings and added some plugin ( like- advantage statistic like this )

Normaly registered or not registered users or users awaiting confirmation or guests all can see private forum activity but just writing hiding posts.
