Hello all, I'm working on vB 4.2.3. I installed some Dbtech addons but after some time I realize that hooks are not working. So I created simple hook:

It should throw error message when forum start because in forum.php it's including global.php file. But after refreshing forum it's still working without throwing any error. I don't get it why.

vB was updated from v3 to v4.2.3 some time ago. I was now adding new addons and found out that it's not working how it supposed to.
In AdminCP Option 'Enable Plugin/Hook System' is set to Yes.
In config.php there is no DISABLE_HOOKS option set to true.
I try several different hooks and none is working.

Anyone have some idea what might be wrong?
