Coincidentally, another user has recently reported the exact same issue. That user was asked by the developers:

"Can you tell me what common factors exist between these two members?"

The product developer(s) will be much more likely to see posts about issues with their products if they are posted in the thread for the product. So, please post in that thread and describe the issue as completely as possible, including the requested information above.

As far as common factor, the two members most likely had each other on ignore... I really have checked everything but came to no conclusion as of yet.
