Hey aorticdissectio,

You should find a vB expert to do it for you as Lynne suggested.

other than that you can do like I did for our web hosting forum http://forumweb.hosting

mean we can choose best 5 topics to set on the forum homepage instead using forum cms in this case...or you can use a slider for that too.

It is working great on my forum and I would recommend you should try that way.
