Ok, Not sure how to explain this, but will do my best.

I own a clothing company, where all clothes we make are custom made for each customer (Bespoke), so for this, we physically take their measurements on a piece of paper.

Now, what we want to be able to do, is to create a page for users to go to, to download the measurements that we hold for that one person.

On the registration page, we will have a custom field for them to enter their customer number (which we would like to have readonly AFTER registration) - Any ideas on how to do that?


Also, we have a folder on our server where all measurements are uploaded as:
XXXXX.pdf (where XXXXX is their customer reference number).

So, we'd need it to only show their measurements, but everytime a user registers, it pulls their measurements PDF file depending on their customer Reference.


Example:

Customer registers with the reference number (in custom field) of AI298472 and then when they visit the measurements page, it will show a button that says "View Measurements" and when they click on it, it takes them to www.mysite.com/uploads/measurements/AI298472.pdf
