Things like this just tell me your host doesnt really have a clue, so they just make up something about its your fault when not really making a lot of sense.

But as you can see, one of your site ozaudi.com has too many errors which cause by scripting loop and it cause server resources to reached the limits. This is the reason why server keep crashing.

Scripting loop ? What loop ?
Where is the evidence of any sort of loops ?
They would cause a fatal php error, are really quite rare, and would almost certainly be a modification issue.

The errors you listed are trivial, and just url link issues, they would not cause any sort of crashing.
