Our members can't register, many members informs me that they see this message:

The activation code requested has been used more than 5 times using the same e-mail. If you can not find the message, check the Junk mail folder. You will not be able to register in the forum with this email, if you want to register, contact the administrator, or use another e-mail address

I have question them if they use it many times, But all answer me they did it once, after receiving the mail they clicked the link once.


Another thing, I have blocked domain e-mail in vBulletin user prevention mails from registering , But unfortunately I don't know why it keep sending mails to these domains through your product.

Okay I have test this by myself... I have registered a new account with new E-mail address and I have received the code and link.

I clicked on the link and it moved me to the same registration form with the code already typed.

After I filled up the form, It shows me this message:

The activation code requested has been used more than 5 times using the same e-mail. If you can not find the message, check the Junk mail folder. You will not be able to register in the forum with this email, if you want to register, contact the administrator, or use another e-mail address

Is this kinda bug ?

I'm using the latest version 2.0.8 , and this product was working fine until I figured out lately it is not working properly !

Allowed times for changing email (for already registered members): 5
Keeping mail in waiting list (for user profile): Yes
verify mail provider before sending: Yes
