I know these issues can be frustrating, but please bear in mind that this is an extensive product and it will take some time (even for the professionals at DBTech) to iron out the issues related to the latest versions of vB.

From what I have seen, they have always provided top-notch support for their products, and I am certain they are working to resolve any issues reported here.
