1.) The number of rows refers to the number of table rows, not users.

2.) Why hide it from anyone?

3.) Generally, collapsible blocks are expanded by default, and then the user can decide from there.

4.) I initially had it set that way, but people wanted an option to see more if they wanted, so I decided to return all the thread starters, and then viewers can see everyone.
