On your server, go to your "includes/xml" folder and look for an .XML file whose name begins with "cpnav_" and the rest of the name matches the recently deleted product.

I recommend downloading the file to your hard drive first, and only then delete it on your server, that way if you got the wrong file, you can easily restore it.
