Try the product to which Chris (ozzy47) linked to above.

Be aware though that in that product's thread, a vB 4.2.3 user reports that a deprecation error arises because of the PHP split() function being used, so you will likely have to edit one of the plugins to use the explode() function instead.

Given that you state you have never installed a mod before, I am guessing you may need help with this, so if you want, create a temporary admin account for me on your site, send the login credentials to me via PM, and I will see if I can get it to work on your site.
