Our site is housed through aMember with a vbulletin plugin to integrate it to VB. All members sign up through aMember.

When you have verified it is him, put that account on global ignore.

That hack is useless, because if you don't make the unregistered/not logged in usergroup exempt, you will kill your google rankings. And when you leave it exempt, he can then just log out and still read everything.
