vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Sub-froums dropdown on newthread.php page to post new thread in any froum

This is an odd request but the biggest problem with my site is users cannot figure out HOW TO POST A NEW THREAD!

So... what I want is a giant button at the top that says "POST NEW MESSAGE" the only problem is, when clicked this will have to take them to a page where they select the forum to post in. I have vbadvanced so can make external pages, but I need help with the best way of doing this. Should I make a new page with drop down quick link bar that takes them to newthread.php?forumid=x or does it work like that?

Any suggestions?
