VB 4.2.3 full suite (cms and blog disabled for now.)

Since I didn't get a response to my tag cloud question and Lynn's mod only shows the cloud on the forum display pages, the alternate is to keep the sidebar locked open.

Right now I have the tag cloud at the top of the sidebar blocks. It's set for 5 levels and 300 items showing. But in order for a bot/guest/member to see it they have to manually open it. I'd like to over ride that and just have it standing open by default.

I'm pretty good at jiggering templates so if it takes a template edit, lay it on me.

Another question is:
Is there a way to flush the tag cloud and force it to scan the tags again? Some of the tags are pointing to threads that have been deleted.
