I need to transfer users from an old foum (UBB 2.0 - freeware)

I have to many to add them manually and enough to use some kind of automated process, like a quick insert query.

I know that I need to update both the users and userfield tables. Is there anything else I need to know?

I tried one test user and then tried to get a new password using the forum's "forgot password page", but everytime I try to retrieve a new password using the automatically generated e-mail the forum sends me I get the following message:

"The address that you have used to request a new password is not valid. Please request a new address be sent to you by using this form."

Any help would be appreciated.
