vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Receive notice when a moderated member posts?

Is there any way to receive some sort of notice when a moderated member makes a post? I have a few members I don't want to ban, but I do want to be able to moderate them. The problem is, I don't want to have to go to each of their user profiles to check their latest posts every couple of hours every day to see if they have posted. Any ideas would be appreciated.
