Great Theme, are using it myself now. I am from holland and out color is orange

sow now a dutch orange forum is amazing.

However a question. Made serveral changes in it, and created a script for myself.
But i have also the problem regarding the green bug.

The question is, when i use the bug fix xml wil undo this al my work that i have ajusted????
