If you haven't removed vbseo yet, you can upload your config file and get all the rewrites you need with very little work.

This works great for the forums but doesn't redirect article links in the CMS. Any thoughts on what I should add to .htaccess to go from:

I wouldn't mind going from vBSEO URLs to vB Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs instead of the standard vB uRLs. Would you first convert from vBSEO URLs to Standard vB URLS and then add the MRF rewrite rules to the .htaccess file?
