No I meant some form of credit... the domain is paid for X years, then refund the X amount of years you'd be "void" from since you'd be switching to a new registrar - this will help with the fees associated from the new registrar - a little relief is better than nothing.
I dunno, seems to me companies should be willing to make adjustments heck I do and I'm hourly not paid per domain, so if a small businessman who makes his money performing services can make adjustments an entire domain registrar should be able to make an adjustment/refund if you choose to switch after four months of thumb fiddling, apparently this issue is kicking their rear ends and they do not know how to properly sort it. I'd be ashamed and ready to cut my nose off to spite my face in an effort to simply save face if that makes sense lol so to me a company should go above and beyond - A domain registrar who cannot sort a domain issue is well... the proofs in the pudding and this time its not very tasty, in fact its been sitting in the fridge top off for four months = soured!
