I've used WHMCS before working for some different hosts and its a ticket system in a sense... each ticket is like the clients personal thread between themselves and you the Staff so I'm lost as to why you would want to use a forum instead? Integrate to share logins sure but use a forum when they have something devoted to them just lost me completely!
