Did some more testing and the uploading of profile image, custom avatars and attachments are failing. but signature pics are working fine..lol

Problem solved, We reverted back to php 5.3 series and image uploads began working again. I don't know if I indentified a new bug with vb3.8 and PHP 5.4 or it was limited to my server configuration.
