In Internet Explorer go to: Tools>Internet Options>Delete Files

Make sure you checkmark the box for removing offline content. Also Use the button that says Delete Cookies. This hopefully should clear everything out for you.

If that doesn't work, logout of the board then repeat the steps above and try logging back in. I've had this happen to me on my own site numerous times and I have to logout and clear everything, then log back in to get it to show fine. It's just one of those weird things that sometimes happens. If that doesn't work, let me know.
