Mark, I found text issue, at least for me.

in plugin Hide BBCodes/Signatures From Guests I change the two span.
'<span style="color: #FF0000; font-weight: bold">You Do Not Have Sufficient PrivilegesTo View User Signatures...</span>';

Put in front double mark(") instead of one (')

"<span style="color: #FF0000; font-weight: bold">You Do Not Have Sufficient PrivilegesTo View User Signatures...</span>";
