I go to Users, Search Users then search for New Registrations. Each user in the list has a drop down box showing edit/delete, but hit the arrow and you can choose delete. This is the fastest way I have found to delete them one at a time. Alternately, since I have email verification, I can choose to Prune Users, search for the Awaiting Email Verification group and select anything that doesn't look real and delete the whole bunch at once. Some bogus ones will verify and they have to be deleted individually.
