i think if you're one of those people who would do that template mod for the three icons next to each forum title, you could make one more icon for moderators and this would work. but i still hate the mod column, especially the dropdown.

i think that mod drop down is not a good thing because you d'ont see quickly the teams.
But for people who wants something like dorp down the pop up could be a solution

however your link is not the same thing than mine yours can only change color so not a good stuff
