Installed but I don't have any way to upload files.

Set all admin usergroup permissions to yes but the "Manage Categories" and "Import Files" links don't show on the downloads page.

What have I done wrong?

Added myself to the SA group and now I can create categories from the adminCP but I get an "A required field called extensiongroups is missing or has an invalid value." error when I try and create a new category.
