AdminCP styles aren't very common since it's only a visual thing for the backend.

vBulletin 5 isn't really popular. It's also a waste for modders/coders to make a vBulletin 5 style while vBulletin still changes things around in almost every new version, it's just too much work to update the style every time. (And besides that, given the fact that almost every vBulletin 5 forum looks the same, it seems that there's not a lot you can do modding wise.)

I do see where you're coming from though, those sections looks dead and outdated.
