anyways, most hosts now has PHPMyAdmin areadly part of there services, others don't....to set up PHPMyAdmin, all you need is the files and just a simple edit of the config.inc.php file, in the config.inc.php file, all you need to put is the type of database (which is MySQL ) and your DB name, username, and password (it should be the same as you set up your vbulletin with )....no, you don't need nuke, actuly, Nuke is something differently all together.
