vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Impossible to register a new account?

I recommended vBulletin to a friend and he now wants to use vb.org to obviously enjoy the modifications this site has.

However the registration process does not complete, he has tried, I tried for him, it just cycles through the registration screen as if to login however no account has been created.

Is this intentional or a bug?
