FYI, I am trying to use another IP of the same server to send emails. The IP that is hosting the website is not the same as the one that is sending emails. Emails from roundcube are going fine, but the vB is not sending the emails.

Just checked both things.
Number of queued mails is 0.
Results of sending myself an email from diagnostics: No errors were returned while attempting to send the email. Check
xxxxx@yahoo.com shortly to confirm you've received the email. If you don't receive the email, try sending the test to a different address. If that fails, check your mail server's configuration.
Got the email too in my inbox.
When I try to send from 'send email to users' option by ticking only administrators. The email does not get delivered to this same address (and another Gmail address of the other admin).
