I have been trying to connect the vBulletin with my dedicated server for hours so I can use the option 'send emails to users' to send newsletters to my members but they are not going through. My host isn't helping either as they are saying they can only help with their server issues, and not third party softwares such as vB.

I believe I am entering the correct settings in the E-mail options page of AdminCP.

Can anyone help me set this up please?
