ok i dunno wtf caused this to happen, but im pretty sure i have a virus. ok you know when you go to start, on windows, and you see, Shut down, Programs, Favorites, well i DONT HAVE IT ANYMORE. when i left click start i see Windows Update, AOL, Inet Explorer, and WinZip.. when i right click and hit Open, i see all those ^ and the Programs thing. but it dont show up when i left click start.. help please..
