There was one on here, can't find it now I believe the author removed it actually. If I have time tomorrow will dig through my vB bookmarks for it but I do know of a paid software, I install and use this for many clients when they ask for membership software - www.amember.com and it integrates with most software cms systems including vBulletin. It does have a price though and some of the plugins cost too so be sure to read up about it before purchasing HOWEVER there still might be a free solution available if you keep looking, perhaps not as robust but not all need tons of features .
