Yes, they can be deleted, and they can be added without issue, though it will take a lot of time to add them again.

A good idea. We have some plans in place to improve the postage system in version 2. I'll add these ideas into that where I can.

Can you confirm what you mean by one warning and why you are expecting/wanting two?
The system can and should be sending a PM and an email, unless you have disabled one or the other. I've had a report that there might be some issues with it, which I'm looking into. So any information you can provide would help.

For auctions, it should be by standard sending such a message out. Are you able to verify that? Has it happened more than once? What settings do you have for your messaging alerts?

If I'm following you correctly, it is already partly possible. A postage option can be created without a user linked to it in the AdminCP which is globally available. We are wanting to improve the postage system to allow for more variety in pricing, etc.

We are planning on a manual for at least the Install and basic running of the mod. The ? idea is a nice one. It might be something we can do.
