The banner is not on the site since it messes up the top of the page. It drops to below

I would really like to stack both header1 and header2 on the right to be able to run standard size (468x60) banner rotators in them. But have looked everywhere for an answer to this

Would I do this by styles and templates/ search templates/header/ad_global_header2 ? And add the code into template field?

OK, I tried what I last said... didn't really work. It shows up under the navbar on the left. Not only that but it's the java script that shows and not the ad. I was with the understanding that Java script can be used here. We don't want to use Adsense as it's rarely relevant to our site. Please tell me there is a way to do this without using adsense and that I can use a simple java script banner rotator?
