vBSEO has serious flaws and is a huge security risk to still have it installed on your site. The best thing you can do at this point is to uninstall vBSEO and install DBSEO if you must use a mod for SEO. DBSEO Pro has a converter for you to convert your vBSEO links all over and you should not lose any links or SEO rankings in doing so. That will most likely fix your problem as vBSEO is no longer supported and very outdated.
