Hi folks. I'm in the process of uninstalling vbSEO and am having trouble getting my .htaccess rewrites to work so that my old links are still valid. Here's a link to an old vbSEO'd post:

It just dumps me at the main page, instead of where it should land:

Here's my whole .htaccess, with the comments pulled out:

RewriteRule [^/]+/([0-9]+)-[^/]+\.html http://www.metalguitarist.org/forum/showthread.php?t=$1 [L,R=301]

I followed the instructions here and best I can tell that should be the rewrite rule, but any old links just get redirect to my root domain.

Any insight would be awesome - if I'm missing something simple, my apologies. This has been quite the process and I've read about 100 threads on here about uninstalling it in the last couple of hours, so my eyeballs are starting to cross..
