Did you remove the old email account from your paypal all togehter?
Here are some things you can try, I'm not sure if they will help or not but you can try them and see if the accounts update.
1. Clear your cache -
Maintenance > Clear System Cache.
2. Update your members accounts -
Maintenance > General Update Tools > Update User Titles and Ranks
3. Update your members profiles -
Maintenance > General Update Tools > Fix broken user profiles
4. If you deleted the old email address in PayPal try adding it back. Not sure this will help but it may complete anything broken within the PayPal account. Otherwise you may have to contact PayPal for any fixes on their end.
5. Repair/Optimize the tables -
Maintenance > Repair / Optimize Tables
