Every page of vBulletin has its own title. So what you are wanting to do is unnecessary IMO.

The Forum Name comes from the setting Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum Name.

However each whole-page template such as showthread, forumhome, forumdisplay, etc... has it's own title.

If you do a "Search in Templates" for <title> you will see every template that has a <title> tag.

Find the page you want to modify and edit its template.

Search for <title> and you can make changes to the tag.
