Could one of you knowledgeable people tell me how to give my home page a title!

Using this link to check my metadata http://www.mypagerank.net/service_metatags_index
it doesn't display a meta title for my forum home page link https://vapersmoke.co.nz/forums/

In options general I set my meta keywords and meta description but it didn't give me the option to add a meta title!

Any help will be much appreciated

I'm running V4.2
