I have an idea for something I would want added on to vBulletin, but it would be more then just a simple hack and it's geared to a specific industry.

I am looking for some experienced programers to email them what I would like coded and to get a price quote. I am wanting to see if I should buy vBulletin and invest the money into adding on code.
