An appropriate representation of the requested resource /modcp/moderate.php could not

Hi
Please help to resolve.

While moderation when i click on validate i got the following error.

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /modcp/moderate.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help
