As a sidenote: we had cometchat on one of our sites. The support was really bad, the support-"team" (guess it?s only one single person) can?t even communicate in proper english (they are from india, as I can tell by their IP?s - even when they call themselfs Mr. Robert Shaw aso with a second and third level support.). They?ve tried to deal with a variety of errors in their chat and weren?t able to solve a single one of them (Chat stops working after a few hours, crashes the database, aso). After 3 weeks back and forth - while they were trying to fool us, it all would have been fixed and we had to proof them in videos, screenshots aso that they are wrong, -they finally refunded us only after we handed the whole case over to our lawyer because they broke the database and refused to repair that. Of course they did no backup copies of the files and databases they were working on. Completly unprofessional.

I definitly would recommend thinking twice to let them into your server or let them lay their hands on your database - or at least take proper precautions.
