I agree that it looks like you haven't updated the .htaccess.

If you'd like I could take a look for you, I've recently installed dbseo on a few forums. I've worked on them in the past, but literally in the last 2 weeks I've set it up on 3 forums, so it's still fresh in my mind.
I'm sure it's a quick fix.
