Obviously "support" means something different to the people who run vBulletin than what I always thought it meant. I would have thought that this issue would be of some importance and concern to those selling the product but it seems I got that wrong.

I posted in the support area as ozzy suggested and, to date, nothing, zero. I'm not the only one it seems either, if you have a look in there you will see a LOT of people who have had no responses to their questions.

I guess if you don't respond to support requests you can stick your head in the sand and pretend there are no problems.

That's my rant for the day. I'll leave it at that, maybe I'll look into some other product.
