Please help me, I've been working real hard on my forum and I just need to get these plugins installed before I can launch the forum to the public. I appreciate any help, I have attached where I upload the files on filezilla, don't mind that it's not connected to the server in that screenshot, I connect before uploading.

Keep in mind, when a modification has an "upload" folder, typically you're supposed to upload the contents of that folder. Not the upload folder itself. They've just put them in an upload folder to keep them distinct from the folders/file you don't upload. If you don't, then all your needed files aren't going into the right directories. Look inside the upload folder. If you see folders called admincp, images, clientscript or similar to that, then they're supposed to go in your forum root, overwriting the same folders already there.
