It was on.

I turned it off, then on again... just to see.

I enabled the date/time thing and that is working.

I even changed all the execution times for the hooks to be "1" instead of "5"

The PM e-mail that is being sent is formatted differently than before so something is happening.

But the output on the site looks the same as before.

Attached are screen shots of my settings, all my installed plugins, and what my PM back and forth looks like.
